Passwords set by clients are confidential and only for the use of the client.
Clients are liable for all orders placed under their name and log-in.
May Time reserve the right to cancel your registration and to terminate your use of the website without notice.
May Time are wholesalers and do not supply the public or non- account holders.
May Time will send newsletters to our clients. If you do not wish to receive these, please click Unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter. You will then automatically be deleted from the newsletter database.

Once a website order is processed it cannot be cancelled. By ordering items not in stock, you are agreeing for these items to be dispatched on the arrival of the stock.

May Time does not deliver furniture directly to a third party. Freight must be organised by the client. May Time does not enter into any communication with the clients customer re the supply of goods.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT 1993
The liability of the Company whether in contract or in tort for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect or non-compliance of the goods supplied is limited to replacement or repair of such goods or damages not exceeding the invoice value of such defective or non- complying goods at the option of the Company. The Company shall not be liable for any consequential indirect or special damage or loss of any kind whatsoever. The description of goods in the order is given as an aid in identification of the goods and it is not a condition of supply that the goods shall correspond precisely with the description given or that colours shall match samples exactly.
Please check cartons and wrapping carefully for damage before signing for the delivery. Damage during transit must be reported immediately to May Time. No claims for damage or faulty goods will be accepted outside of 7 days from delivery.
Credits are issued on the return of damaged or faulty goods that have been properly packed for return.
Goods returned for other reasons must be authorised by May Time and will incur a 20% restocking fee.
