Jute Striped Baskets A/3 - Black/Natural

This set of three handwoven baskets is made in Bangladesh from sustainably harvested seagrass. Then atural and black striped set includes two round and one square basket in graduated sizes, each featuring practical woven handles. The fibres are carefully prepared, sun-dried and woven by hand over metal frames, creating a more open, textural weave and natural finish. Each basket is finished with a clear protective coating for added durability while retaining the natural appearance of the seagrass. Handmade variations in the weave and texture are inherent to each piece.
